To introduce and revise the vocabulary connected with education in Poland, markets and fairs and tourism.

T. shortly revises the vocabulary mentioned before. Next, Ss. are divided into several groups: education, tourism, markets, fairs. Each group is asked to write on the blackboard words that are sure to be used durin the lesson (for example, school subjects, town attractions etc.). Then, T.

To elicit the dialogs, to provide feedback

T. chooses 4 pairs of Ss. who are asked to lead the conversations according to the tasks. Meanwhile, the rest of the class is asked to note down the mistakes and errors they hear. After their friends have finished, they correct the sentences. T. Corrects them if necessary.

To make the Ss. create their own dialogs connected with fairs, markets and tourism.

T. divides Ss. into 6 groups according to the roles they are going to play: tourists, travel agent’s workers, customers, market salesmen, pupils and school representatives at the fairs. Each group prepares questions, answers and other expressions they will need to use during their conversations with their partners.

T. organizes 3  different places in the classroom: market, fairs and travel agent’s. Ss. play their roles- they visit the places and do the shopping, visit travel agent’s and a school fairs. Ss are asked to make notes on their peers’ performance in order to discuss the mistakes later on.
